💙 What We Learned This Week 💛

💙Language Arts: This week, we read a nonfiction text called "All About Apples" where students participated in a variety of activities around the story, including cause & effect, compare & contrast, and text features.

💛Writing: Students have continued working on their personal narrative of a time that was scary. We are focusing on writing paragraphs (Introduction, Body Paragraphs, and Conclusion) with 3-5 sentences in each.

💙Math: We focused on arrays and developing multiplication expressions and equations, including with unknowns. We will be having our end-of-unit assessment on Monday.

💛Science:  We will be pausing our Science lessons as we have finished the first unit: Power of Flowers. Science resumes after the section of Social Studies that we have started.
